AFFIRM CARES LOOKING FORWARD We have embarked on a path to become an industry leader of corporate foundations, heavily invested in the community and hugely impactful. But it doesn’t end there. We are a vehicle to empower A rmers to fl ex their philanthropic muscle. Looking to the future, we will continue to explore new technologies and business models, identify ways to be a responsible foundation, and use our resources to build a better planet, stronger communities, and improve people’s lives. A MESSAGE FROM OUR CHAIR Since creating our employee foundation in late 2019, we have granted over half a million dollars to support 35 unique nonprofi ts working to provide fi nancial literacy and inclusion, alleviate problems like housing insecurity, homelessness and civic engagement, and promote community enrichment and technology education. The volume of these contributions showcases the generosity and commitment of A rmers to creating a sustainable and lasting impact on the communities we serve. As we continue to scale as a company and design and build honest and transparent fi nancial products with a mindset of People Come First, we aim to keep the same pace of growth as our foundation. Our goal for A rm Cares is to cross the million dollar milestone of total funds raised before the year 2024. We hope that organizations that A rmers are passionate about will be a part of this journey. Reach out to Cares@a rm.com to learn more, or apply for a grant at a rm.com/cares.
